Mhaidiva was present at the Coffee and Tea Experience Trade Show (?Beleef Koffie | Beleef Thee?) in Utrecht, the Netherlands on May 15th and 16th. At the show we introduced our new concept tea box: a sustainable wooden tea box, made of FSC approved wood.

During the trade show, our tea sommelier served refreshing, alcohol-free tea cocktails, such as the greentini.

In April, Mhaidiva participated in the 26th edition of the Marine Hotel Association (MHA) Conference and Trade Show in Orlando, Florida. The Marine Hotel Association is a not-for profit international organization run by and for the cruise line industry and is dedicated to enhancing the overall quality of the cruise experience.

At the conference and trade show, we introduced our new product range Mhaidiva Fairtrade Organic for the Cruise market.

This strong tea box is made of FSC wood. The FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) mark guarantees that our wooden tea box is made of wood from a responsible managed forest in the world.

The sustainable Mhaidiva tea box will be available in six and twelve compartments.

In November, Foodinvest B.V. participated in the 25th edition of the Marine Hotel Association (MHA) Inaugural European Conference and Trade Show in Barcelona, Spain.

At the conference and trade show, we introduced our new product range Mhaidiva Fairtrade Organic for the European cruise market.

Mhaidiva tea participated in this year’s edition of the ‘Kruidenier Foodbeurs 2010′, which took place in the Netherlands on November 10 and 11. Our agent for the Dutch market, Kruidenier Food group, is a full-service Dutch food wholesaler that organizes an annual trade show.

At the trade show, we presented our Mhaidiva and also our Mhaidiva Fairtrade Organic tea for the first time. We received many positive comments from visitors on the new Fairtrade Organic range. Also the presence of our tea sommelier, who served visitors a large number of alcohol-free tea cocktails, was a big success.

Mhaidiva is a fine quality tea with an unique taste rich in flavour and has a true character. The bright brew reveals the freshness of the product, as we pack our teas at source before transportation.

The taste of Mhaidiva tea is various and unique in flavour and brightness. To give an extra dimension to our current product range, Mhaidiva the lady of tea, developed a very special tea blend.

Our Hot Tea Blend is made up of carefully selected fine tea buds from special plantations in the lush green highlands of Ceylon, the home of superior quality teas.

This original pure Ceylon tea has an enriching refined character with strong refreshing flavour and body in the cup. A perfect tea to enjoy with milk.

Our Hot Tea Blend is available in individually paper wrapped tea bags of 100 pieces x 2 gram. A master carton consists of six units.

The various tea blends originate from the highlands of Sri Lanka (Ceylon) and the rooibos tea is from South Africa. The teas are packed in environmental-friendly envelopes. They are available in boxes of 100 pieces.

We flavoured the tea with only natural, liquid flavours to establish a maximum tea-tasting pleasure. The pure Fairtrade Organic tea assortment is available in the following products:
